The due date for the 2020 federal and California income tax returns is May 17, 2021. If a completed questionnaire and all of the information necessary to complete your 2020 returns are received after April 15, 2021, Tax-Aid will submit an extension of time to file your returns until October 15, 2021.

Note that an extension to file is not an extension of time to pay any income tax due with your 2020 returns.
